A roadside challenge

Sometimes, in talking to a client, we discover that maintenance work in some form or another is needed. While on a project in Brabant, we were asked the following question:

Could you help us to harvest some large trees from a narrow strip of land that varies in width from 6 to 10 meters?

These are the added challenges:
The strip is too narrow to accommodate any fallen wood.
No branches or massive wood can fall on the adjoining plots.
Disturbance and inconvenience in the area must be kept to a minimum.

We submitted a quote for the job and proposed using our telehandler and chipper. This enabled us to get the job done in two days.

First of all, we used the telehandler to harvest the trees.

Then, the merchantable wood was extracted, and the remainder was put through the chipper.
