Timber trade

Alongside forest management and forest operations, our company has a strong focus on the sale and purchase of wood (timber trade). We buy in wood and then market and sell it ourselves, a business operation that offers us some extremely attractive benefits. For example, it improves the accuracy of our estimate of the amount of wood we have available. We trade in conifer and deciduous wood in the Netherlands and abroad. We supply high quality wood to both the niche market and large end processors. Our timber trade also enables us to deliver to schedule, which increases the security of supply for both the supplier and the purchaser.
